Terms of Service

Mouseart lets you turn a photo and a text prompt into a short AI video, using templates and effects. Videos are generated with models such as Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 Fast; GPT Image 2.5 is coming soon. Generation is performed by third-party AI providers (currently fal.ai, Higgsfield and Replicate) on our behalf.

We may add, change or remove features, models, templates and providers at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You can sign up with an email and password or with Google sign-in. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
• One person may not create multiple accounts to get around limits, suspensions or these Terms.

• Generating content uses credits. The credit cost is shown before you generate.
• You get credits by buying a plan or a credit pack. All purchases are one-time payments: nothing renews automatically, and you will never be charged again unless you choose to buy again.
• Each plan shows its credit validity period at the time of purchase.
• Credits are tied to your account. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, and they have no cash value.
• If a generation fails (for example a provider error, a timeout or a moderation block), the credits for that generation are returned to your account automatically.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) and Dodo Payments (international). Dodo Payments may act as merchant of record for international purchases and handle the applicable taxes. We never see or store your full card details.
• Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change; a change never affects a purchase you have already made.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You may only upload photos that you own or have the right to use, and you must have the consent of any identifiable person in them. You must not use the Service to create, upload or share:

• any sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance for this and will report it to the authorities;
• sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent;
• deepfakes or other content meant to deceive people or to impersonate a real person;
• content that harasses, threatens or bullies anyone, promotes hatred against people or groups, or promotes violence;
• anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

You must also not:

• try to get around our moderation, safety filters, credit system or rate limits;
• scrape, copy or harvest the Service or its content by automated means;
• reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the Service, or try to access accounts or systems that are not yours;
• resell, sublicense or share access to the Service or your account.

We use automated checks (for example AWS content moderation) and human review to keep the Service safe. We may block a prompt, upload or generation, remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms or the law, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

• You keep all rights you have in the photos and prompts you upload ("Inputs").
• As between you and Mouse Art, you own the videos and images you generate ("Outputs") to the extent the law allows, subject to the terms of the AI providers that produced them.
• AI outputs may not be unique. Other users may get similar results from similar inputs, and we cannot guarantee that an Output is protected by copyright.
• You give Mouse Art a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, copy and display your Inputs and Outputs only as needed to run and improve the Service for you, and to send them to our providers for generation.
• Your content is shown publicly only if you share it to Community. You can unshare it at any time.
• Mouse Art does not run or train its own AI models on your content. Third-party providers process your content to generate results, under their own terms.
• You are responsible for your Inputs and for how you use your Outputs.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, unexpected or different from what you asked for. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular model, template or provider will remain available.

To the extent the law allows, Mouse Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to compensate and defend Mouse Art against any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Credits in an account closed for breaking these Terms are forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date, and for significant changes we will give notice on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Sikkim, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
